Best Ability?

I was listening to The Best of Andy Gibb today recalling when I used to listen to his tape while I was walking around a big pond exercising in NJ.  Nowadays, I use a walker. I thought …so what and got into the feel of the music and moved my arms to the music. I really enjoyed the old thoughts, old mood and old music.

I often think about the growing and learning process. I think about myself in the mid 1990’s. My body has changed and I know so much more. Is this my tradeoff? I think it is a good one because I find nowadays I understand and relate to and can help people better than in the 1990’s. I am ok with my body. My body is not as good, but my mind and abilities are better.  This is why I often say…what is your best ability? Good thing walking is not my best ability.
