Remember the teacher?

Remember the teacher that influenced who you are today? I’ve been looking for mine for years. Today, I found her to say Thank you. I found I was getting misty eyed and choaked up when I told Sr. Francis the impact she has had on my life. We are talking a childhood experience from over 30 years ago. Wow.

I wrote about her on 8/26/10 …Another Thought. She might not realize it, but I really watched and listened to her. The 5th grader in me admired her and appreciated what she taught us. I appreciated it so much it is the fabric of my being. Where do you think I got my love of baseball and baseball cards from?It all starts somewhere. I am talking step #1.

Thank you, Sister Sandra Patricia. Thank you for me. I appreciate the loving gift you gave me of me.
