True Happiness

Don’t we all want to believe things will or are getting better? Is this our hope? Don’t we all want to believe we can make a difference in someone else’s life? Doesn’t this make us stronger and give us more hope? It seems to be all cyclical. Hope leads to helping others leads to our happiness back to hope. All these characteristics seem to be the ingredients for true happiness.
