Just my Speed

I went to an exercise class at the church.  It was called Sit to be Fit. Because of my MS, this class was just my speed. I was the youngest in the group and I am the only one using a wheelchair scooter. People in the class are in their 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. It concentrated on retaining muscle strength, stretching, and balance. It is interesting…I am in my 40’s, but my body is in its 80’s. I am also an old soul because my dad was sick with kidney failure since I was 10.
